Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CEO platform. The contract is between you and TheDevelopy Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under number 13518619. This applies to all customers worldwide, including customers in Türkiye.

The service

CEO is an autonomous operations platform. Its agents draft, research and prepare work on your instruction. You remain responsible for anything you approve and send. Agent output is generated by language models and may contain errors — the approval gate exists for a reason, and you should not bypass it for consequential actions.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to process any data you put into the platform, and you must comply with applicable data protection and marketing law when the platform contacts people on your behalf.
• You must not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications where consent is required.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Fees, VAT and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in pounds sterling. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where applicable, and business customers outside the UK may be invoiced under the reverse charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Where you are a consumer contracting at distance, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations give you 14 days to cancel — though by asking us to start the service immediately you may lose that right once the service is fully performed.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA is expressly agreed in writing (White-label tier).

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
