The Problem

The SaaS + LLM economy is unsustainable

Every tool bills you separately, every model bills you per token, and your data leaves the building. The stack fights the people it is supposed to serve.

01

Cost spiral. Per-token pricing means your bill grows exactly as fast as your usage. Success is punished.

02

Vendor lock-in. Build on one provider's API and every price change lands directly on your P&L, unhedged.

03

Quota interruptions. Rate limits and daily caps stop production lines without warning, at the worst moment.

04

Data sovereignty. Your operational data ends up in someone else's cloud. That is a compliance question you cannot answer cleanly in a security review.

05

Fragmented stack. CRM, email, workflow, model, analytics — separate bills, separate seats, no shared memory.

06

No ownership. You rent capability month to month and own nothing the day you stop paying.

An SMB's average operations stack costs $1,200–6,400 a month — and never stops climbing.

What it ships

Not just agents — finished work

The team doesn't stop at drafts. These engines take one command all the way to a shipped result — always behind your approval.

Campaign → Image → Publish

Social campaigns, end to end

One command drafts the campaign, generates a branded image, and publishes to LinkedIn or X. You edit and approve every post — or drop in your own image.

Marketing → Sales

A pipeline that hands off

Qualified leads move from marketing to sales automatically, with outreach and follow-up drafted and waiting for your sign-off.

Dev Engine

Software that improves itself

Say “improve X” and the system writes the code change and opens a pull request. Nothing merges without your review.

Strategy Brief

A CEO brief every week

A proactive weekly read on what to prioritise, where you’re leaking, and what to ship next — pulled from your own data.

Orchestrator

One command, many hands

A compound instruction fans out into parallel sub-tasks, each tracked inside a single live plan.

Approval-first

Nothing ships without you

Every outbound action — mail, post, code merge, call — waits at an approval gate you control.

A full marketing campaign generated by CEO Agent from one command, each item awaiting approval

Cost

One bill instead of six

Replace the whole operations stack. The price is flat — it does not move when your usage does.

Integrations

What it connects to — and who pays for what

CEO is the orchestration layer. The services that meter usage stay in your name, on your keys. That is why the price is flat, and why nothing is locked to us.

Bring your own keys

You connect your own accounts. We never resell tokens, emails or call minutes — so your usage never becomes our margin, and you can walk away with your data and your integrations intact.

Frequently asked

What is the difference between Cloud and Self-Hosted?+

Cloud: we host in the EU (Germany), we handle updates, monthly billing. Self-Hosted: you run it on your own VPS, annual licence, full data control. Same product, same agents.

Can I switch tiers later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. Cloud tier changes take effect immediately; Self-Hosted upgrades pro-rate the remaining licence term.

Which LLM providers work with BYOK?+

Starter supports Groq or Gemini. Pro adds Claude, GPT and multi-provider routing via your own API keys. Enterprise adds a self-hosted Ollama option for offline workloads.

What happens when my licence expires?+

Cloud: your workspace pauses after two failed billing attempts. Self-Hosted: the platform enters read-only 30 days after expiry — no data loss, renewals restore full access.

Do you offer refunds?+

Cloud: 14-day refund on your first month. Self-Hosted: 30-day money-back guarantee. Enterprise: covered by your commercial agreement.

Prices in USD ($), exclude VAT and local taxes. Model, email and voice usage are billed by your own providers (BYOK). Cloud tiers renew monthly. Self-Hosted licenses are annual and non-recurring.
